My First Biscornu!
This is my first biscornu. It is by http://www.creativepoppypatterns.com/barbaraana-spring-biscornu-cross-stitch-xml-214_229-1117.html Isn't this the greatest? I still need some buttons for it but I'm loving it. I was so terrified of making one, but I'm so glad I did, it was so easy and I'm on the lookout for more. I used the 14 ct Aida called Grasshopper.

Happy Hump Day Updates
It's been a while since I have updated my blog. Not much going on here. We have had a few nasty days of snow. I think I heard more today :( I don't mind snow, just don't like the nasty roads and cold weather....and when it gets hot I won't like the heat either, lol. Tonight is the cookout. We are having cornbread, Meaty Veggie Soup and brownies. Mom is also making a cheeseball....mm I love her cheeseball :) Not sure what the other ladies will be making or if anyone else will even show. Thats kinda why we are making soup, its something we don't mind having leftovers of. So far Cory has been fever free today. The last 2 Wednesdays he has had a fever and we haven't been able to see everyone. He seems to be doing ok now. Crossing my fingers he is over what he had. So now that you've heard my ramblings on to the fun stuff.....
This is catia crafts Love Sal. I love this one. My dearest friend Ethel helped me on this one. She donated fabric and floss. She couldn't have picked a better color for this. I LOVE it!!

The next two pics are from Jeremiah Junction, Christmas Cookies. I love this one too. Even though I hate backstitching I love all Jeremiah Junction.

Didn't get a lot whole lot done this week. Cory was sick from Tues-Friday. He was a little better on Friday but still wasn't up to par. Was much better yesterday :) I hate when my babies are sick.
So I went to upload the photos off of my camera and this is what I found....

Isn't he adorable? These are just a few of the ones I found. I'm guessing he has been watching his older sister take pics of herself. I just wanna squeeze him to pieces. Cory and I went to Joanns on Wednesday after I took him to the doctor and he wanted something. I was tight on money and he likes to paint so we picked up this frog mask. He wasn't feeling good and didn't get to paint it until Friday.

A little something
My friend Mary in krafterskorner yahoogroup was talking about loom knitting today so I thought I would get mine out and play with it. The first pic is my first attempt. It didn't look good to me so I looked online for some help.

This is the second attempt. I used 2 strands of yarn on it. I love the look, the only thing is that it is going to be a wide scarf, LOL. Lesson learned but I'm going to finish it anyway.

Progress
Things have been pretty uneventful here. Took a few pics to share.
This is one of our babies, his name is Spook. He is so adorable. In person he is black with black stripes. We have an older cat named Jeff who is all black so Cory sometimes calls spook little Jeff. Too cute.

He dressed himself here. I love his little outfit. Tool bag and all.
This is a PIF from addictedtosnow. I love the chart. It is called Snow Wonderful. I think it looks great on this purple. This is the first time I have ever done over 2. Give me a hand cause i think it is looking really good.

This one is out of a Stoney Creek Book. I LOVE Stoney Creek!! They have cute things.

And this is my Halloweens a Sudden Boo. I'm just about done with the top part. Not sure if I want to do all the wording on it. What do you all think? To check out the finished product you can find it on cyberstitchers.com. Let me know cause i need help on this. If I don't do the wording I think it will fit in a frame. If I do the wording I'll have to do something else with it.

Donna's Ornaments
I made these for Donnas Stitching for a cure. For more info go to www.stitchingforacure.blogspot.com I was doing these for a contest, didn't get them finished in time. I don't know how to use my sewing machine and I'm not real crafty or imaginative. It took all I had to come up with these. LOL
