Finish and Winter

I've finished the My Little Heart Sal! I love this and can't wait to see what else she comes out with :)

Here's some winter pics. Had lots of snow yesterday. Cory and I had fun in it. It was a great day to play in the snow since it wasn't uber cold out, unlike today. This little guy and some of his buddies had fun too!

Finished a martain for a quilt. I'm a bad girl and haven't sent it.

I've gotten out a few oldies to finish them up so here are the before pics. This is a patriotic one. It still isn't finished but its getting closer. Here is what it looked like before. I haven't taken any now pics though.

We are doing a Halloween sal in krafterskorner. Thought I'd work on this. Its called Witch Silhouette. The last time I worked on it was July 2009.
Oops, lol.

I've worked on it the last few days and have made a little progress. It's gonna be big. I didn't center it well and was afraid I wasn't going to have enough room so I went ahead and stitched to the area that sticks out the most to make sure I have room. Woo Hoo I sure do.

Not in a chatty mood so this will be short and to the point, lol.

My Little Heart Sal April is finished :)

The next is my first cube. There is lots of improvement to be made but I don't think it's bad for my first one. The chart is a freebie from http://www.waxingmoondesigns.com/free.html. The chart, floss and all backing was sent during a freebie exchange in krafterskorner. I'm really thinking I need to do the other freebies from waxing moon and make them into cubes too. Hopefully the more I do the better they turn out.

April is done for Oak Haven Designs Sal. I love the colors of floss and aida for this one. I think they match each other perfectly.

I love this. It is sooo adorable. If you look REALLY hard you can see the hearts on the aida. It is perfect for this. THANKS MARY!! Waiting patiently for next months.
In other news it has been a month since Cory had his seizures. Not sure if he isn't having any b/c the med is working or if this was a one time thing. Dustin isn't in his business as much which means I don't have to be either :) I felt horrible following him to my parents all the time. This week was spring break for the kids. We didn't do anything fun and I'm so ready for school this week. I think Cory is too b/c he has been rotten the last 2 days.
